Entry Requirements

To enter, show staff valid identification documents at the door. Staff quickly check your age and documents at security - no one underage gets in, even if an adult is there.

Your clothing is checked. Please avoid inappropriate attire and stick with smart casual attire throughout the building.

After you pass security, pick up your Tsogo Sun Rewards card (if you don’t already have one) at the eHost kiosk. Use your card in slot machines or show it for table play. For table games, cash exchanges for chips happen at the cashier desk.

Inside our entertainment complex, guests will find several places to eat. Options range from take-away stands to restaurants where you can sit down and enjoy service. BelOmbre restaurant and bar offers both South African classics and international favorites. Some places stay open late, but most close up by late evening or early morning.

A cinema and entertainment options are part of our property, too. Here you can watch the newest films in theatre options. Buy your ticket at their box office - it is separate from the casino, but close by. Shows run all day, including matinee and late-night screenings.

Promotions and Tournaments

We like keeping things lively with promotions year-round - some tied to holidays, property anniversaries, or just to add surprise to your visit. You’ll find prize draws, points multipliers, and gaming tournaments with cash prizes.

To take part, active Tsogo Sun Rewards members only need to play as usual during the promotional period. Entry forms may be given out, or sometimes you’re entered automatically when you play enough.

For slot tournaments, staff will assign machines and keep time. Winners are ranked based on credits won in that session. Table game tournaments use buy-ins and have elimination rounds, with the best reaching the final tables.

If you win, we notify you using the contact details on your Rewards card. Collect prizes at the cashier station with ID and card in hand.
